1. Oxidation slag inclusion

2. Stoma and shrinkage
Porosity problem is the most common in the process of low pressure casting. It is usually caused by poor exhaust of the mold tool, poor spraying of the mold coating system, and improper setting of the cooling ring, which can also cause pores and shrinkage.
In the process of low-pressure casting, cracks are very common. Unreasonable mold design, sharp corners, and differences in wall thickness will most likely lead to cracks. In order to eradicate the cracks, it is inevitable to improve the structural design of the mold. Only the reasonable design of the mold can help solve the problem.
